Within our Worldwide Logistic and Supply Chain Centre based in Dublin, Ireland, we are recruiting a , HR Coordinator . 1/ This person will be in charge to monitor the Travel Retail BA and Field Supervisors contracts. - Liaising with the sales team in order to ensure we are HR compliant: Review the contract, liaise with Local HR or solicitors to implement/review new contracts, follow-up on the end date of each contract, make sure all contracts are signed and reviewed in a timely manner. - Be the point of contact for each new contract implementation. - Manage all Legal issue arising, be in charge of the follow-up and resolution process. 2/ Be the HR Legal references for Bulgari Ireland's in general: > Ensure the definition, implementation and update of the HR Policies and on-going Projects. > Manage and coordinate the set-up of employment contracts and other documents related to the Personnel after a compliance check with local Laws, Policies and Procedures. - Deliver compliance with GDPR Laws and policies of the Company - Manage a program of GDPR awareness training and foster a data privacy culture within the Company > Interpret and provide advice to Personnel on Labour Law, as well as on contract, fiscal and social security/social insurance regulations. > Coordinate all the aspects relevant to legal HR matters. > Manage the relationship with external legal advisors. > Support welfare initiatives for Company's employees.
