Louis Vuitton has an exciting opportunity based in New York City for a Human Resources Coordinator supporting the HR team of Louis Vuitton Americas in a temporary capacity for twelve months.  Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Development Director, this role will support the coordination and administration of the team in addition to specific work within Talent Acquisition, such as career site projects.  With a passion for working with others, you will be the first point of contact to visitors on the floor, work with new hires on their first day for identification badges, and assist the functional teams within HR when needed.  Being a highly organized individual, you will process and track all invoices for the department and liaise directly with vendors to system set up and inquiries. This individual will also work with the Senior HR Manager to maintain all corporate organizational charts.

From a TA perspective, you will assist with the scheduling of interviews and meetings, work on recruitment projects when necessary, and assist with onboarding plans for new employees.  Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering of supplies for the floor, manage UPS shipments, and process administrative tasks for the TA & Development Director such as expenses.  Lastly, as a main point of contact for the floor you will coordinate the planning of team events and support the Executive Assistant to the SVP of HR when needed.   


This role will suit an individual 1-2 years of human resources or administrative experience gained in a large organization.  With a positive approach to your role and a solution orientated mindset, you will have excellent administration and organization skills along with the ability to build professional working relationships at all levels.  Given the nature of the environment you will need to be trustworthy & discrete with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.  You will also have the ability to be agile to the changing business and a true self starter.
