Assist overall duties of the HR department with main focus and support for the HR Generalist overseeing the North America and Global Markets.



The HR Coordinator will be responsible for various administrative tasks:

 New Hires/Terminations

  • Create and maintain personnel folders for all employees
  • Create and update offer/promotion letters
  • Liaison with Concur (Expense team) to set up and de-active accounts
  • Maintain Org Charts
  • Posting new hire announcements
  • Maintain job tiles and personal information in payroll system and LVMH database


  • Point person for any IT requests
  • Prepare IT requests for new hires and terminations
  • Maintain Outlook group mailing lists

Invoicing & Coding

  • Code vendor invoices in AP system
  • Work directly with vendors and AP to acquire correct documents to process invoices
  • Prepare check requests


  • Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings for HR Director
  • Greet and welcome employees and visitors at the front of the office
  • Support the HR/OS team with various company events


  • Various filing projects
  • Support data audit projects
  • Assist with bi-monthly payroll run
  • Assist with meeting and interview arrangement



  • Ideal education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail with a mindset towards confidentiality
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Team orientation with an ability to quickly & organically build strong relationships at all levels cross functionally
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Curiosity for the business and Human Resources
