YOUR IMPACT ___________
Your goal is to design and deploy the Young Talents sourcing and development strategy for Parfums Christian Dior. You support the Hiring Managers and drive your team to source, interview, recruit and onboard Young Talents whilst driving internal succession planning on young graduate positions, and creating talent pipelines to ensure that business and organizational development needs are met.
You manage a team of 2 HR Young Talents Project Managers.
YOUR MISSION ____________
As an HR Development Manager for Young Talents, you will be in charge of the following assignments:
> CAMPUS STRATEGY - You define objectives and organize impactful events with top business and engineering schools to attract young talent and increase employer branding awareness. You leverage on the partnership with the LVMH Campus Team on building strong partnerships with business schools and universities in key countries. You partner with international HR to help them to identify and source young talents on critical functions. With the support of your team, you streamline interns' recruitment by organizing innovative recruitment events. You work hand in hand with internal communication department on building a strong and attractive employer brand.
> SOURCING & RECRUITMENT - You build strong relationship with hiring managers and HR teams members to understand their business challenges and help them to anticipate their recruitment needs. You build proactive pipeline development strategies for futures opening of young graduates. You coach and train interns and young talents hiring managers on effective interviewing and assessment, and facilitate the training sessions. You contribute to internationalize the Young Talents pool.
> INDUCTION & DEVELOPMENT - You create robust onboarding plans and process for all interns, VIE, and young talent worldwide. You animate the intern's community by organizing events to promote collaboration and networking. You monitor the performance evaluation process of interns and involve HR Managers. You build a pool of international young talent. You know your talents in order to support them in their career management.
WHO YOU ARE _________
> Strong Talent Acquisition and Development experience
> About 8 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources
> A strong sensitivity to luxury
> Business-acumen, results oriented
> Excellent communication skills and ability to influence
> Ability to innovate, to think out of the box
> Digital savvy
> Fluent English
> Team player
> Robust experience in project management
> Prior experience in team management a plus
