Louis Vuitton has an exciting opportunity based in New York City for a HR Development Specialist on a 12 month seasonal contract. Reporting to the HR Development Director for the zone this role will be primarily be responsible for supporting all Leadership Development initiatives and programs for the Americas business. This varied & diverse role will have both administration, coordination, creation and collaboration responsibilities; therefore, we are looking for someone with an agile approach to their work, who enjoys working on projects and with a innovative and creative mindset you will be required to bring ideas & solutions to the team.
With a proven background in working in a HR Development role (working on leadership development initiatives & programs) on a full-time basis within a fast-paced global organization, you will help administer & coordinate existing training programs while also support the HR Development Director in building new learning opportunities for the leadership teams. You must have experience in building impactful training content, be well versed in blended learning initiatives, have excellent communication skills and advanced knowledge of using Excel, social media & all Microsoft packages.
With a minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR Development related role, along with relevant qualifications in this field, you will resourceful in researching new learning trends and materials and have the ability to build successful relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners. Given the nature of the environment you will need to be trustworthy & discrete with the ability to be agile to the changing business and a true self starter.
