The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. The Human Resources Trainee performs a wide variety of generalist and administrative duties, which require considerable initiative, tact, and independent judgment. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization's short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present plans to Executive Leadership Team.



Generalist HR

  • Support the HR Manager in the planning, organization and execution of Corporate Trainee Program Events including assistance with communication and facilitation
  • Support the Human Resources department, to manage the day-to-day operations across all functions of the team
  • Conduct research in HR policies, programs and employment best practices
  • Assist in New Employee Onboarding practices and procedures
  • Participate in additional administrative projects as needed

Talent Acquisition

  • Responsible for the recruitment of our Corporate Trainee Program, in very close partnership with the HR Manager, including coordination of interview schedules between the candidate and hiring managers, sourcing and screening talent
  • Manage the candidate administration process, including sending, receiving and maintaining applications and other administrative documents, communicate regular progress updates to the HR Manager
  • Conduct reference and background checks for candidates and extend offers
  • Open, post and close all requisitions on TalentLink
  • Support Dior Employer Branding initiatives through elevated candidate communication and by maintaining a welcoming environment for internal and external visitors



  • Ability to maintain considerable confidentiality and to exercise discretion and professionalism with sensitive information

  • 1-2 Years of Administrative or Human Resources experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and follow through skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
