Position

General Purpose of the Position:

The Human Resources Intern will directly assist the Sr. Manager, Compensation & Benefits and the Payroll & HR Admin Specialist with a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, benefits, payroll, onboarding, and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all employee files are maintained and organized at all times
  • Stay informed of State and Federal payroll related law changes and regulations for compliance
  • Create and analyze reports based on employee data
  •  Maintain corporate directories
  •  Assist as needed with HR-hosted events
  • Support the HR team in carrying out trainings and seminars
  •  Manage paycheck, W2, 1095 and T4 distributions
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects based on the needs of the department
