Position

Partnering with a dedicated portfolio of LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics brands, the HR Managers delivers a comprehensive Human Resources strategy and service to ensure that the people strategy is in line with the brands' strategy and business objectives for the UKI market.

The HR Manager will be working very closely with the brand to anticipate talent needs and organizational changes, being the first point of contact for head office employees.
The HR Manager will also coach and advise the brand teams to ensure that all areas of compliance, both brand, company and legislative are consistently implemented.

Profile

Development
Develop and embed succession planning by department and across brand
Work with the management team to ensure that accurate appraisals are conducted on time and in full, and that personal development plans are defined and put in place, following annual PCR appraisals and ongoing career reviews as and when appropriate
Recruitment
To ensure the brand team have the necessary skills and to anticipate future needs in terms of competencies and talent, in line with business needs and brand strategy  To assist in line with the recruitment process in the interviewing of prospective candidates To support new employees and hiring managers in the onboarding process
Salary reviews
Work in partnership with the compensation & benefits team, to deliver annual salary review recommendations
Employee Relations
Ensure that company policies and procedures are applied to all informal and formal performance issues  and that company policy and employment legislation is applied in all disciplinary and grievance cases
Coach the managers into taking ownership advising and conducting hearings as appropriate ensuring that company policy and procedures and UK & I employment legislation are consistently adhered to
Project Management
Manage and implement LVMH corporate or brand specific projects
Implement an effective follow up process to ensure that on-boarding is taking place consistently and effectively Ensure that exit interviews are completed and that the full leaver process is followed
Administration
Ensure that LVMH Talent database is accurate and up to date at all times and any ad-hoc reports required are completed on time and accurately
HR Team Work
Act in a supportive manner at all times to the HR team
Assist with ad-hoc projects as directed by the HR Director

Profile:

Minimum 5 years working in HR, in a generalist and/or specialist role
University Degree calibre
CIPD qualified
Used to working as a business partner in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of employment law and UK and Ireland legislation
Knowledge of the retail industry and cosmetic market (competitors, agencies, retailers...)
Agile and flexible team player
Solution oriented and commercially aware
Conscientious and reliable
