The HR Operations Analyst works across multiple administration areas for established HR and rewards programs, servicing all the Perfumes & Cosmetics Brands: Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe, Givenchy & Kenzo, and Acqua di Parma. Scope includes Latin America local market  and Travel Retail Americas.



  • HR employment administration (terms of employment, hiring and, offer letter renewals, etc.) 
  • Employee records and HRIS database maintenance (Ultipro, Onedrive, LVMHTalent, etc) 
  • Statistical reporting (regional staffing report, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover...) 
  • Benefits program administration (in coordination with SR HR generalist) -SOCEPRA webpage maintenance
  •  Compensation administration
  • Administration of Individual Compensation Review process and LVMHTalent      compensation module
  • Compensation surveys data submission and maintenance (Mercer)
  • Budgeting & Staff costs: Recap and review of the HR package of the subsidiaries to control its alignment with company policies; Providing the staff costs data for the forecasting process (To HRD and Brand Controllers) - all Perfumes & Cosmetics brands in Miami-
  • Group Reporting: Follow up and optimization of all HR reporting (internal or to P&C HQ and to LVMH including monthly and annual report)
  • Payroll and follow up and optimization of all HR processes (related to payroll, staff costs, fringe benefits tracking and end of year reporting...) 
  • Support the regional HRD in implementing compensation & benefits practices in the region
  • Monitor and update the Regional HR Survey
  • Follow up of hiring workflow in order to make sure that requests are created on time and in line with forecasts



    • At least 3 years of related HR experience 
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree ideally in Business, Accounting or Human Resources
    • HR experience in North America and knowledge of local legislation
    • Capacity to analyze and react quickly
    • Excellent attention to details and record-keeping
    • Excellent use of office tools (word, excel, powerpoint)
    • Strong operational skills
    • Ability to adapt to different ways of working and to appreciate the cultural diversity of the Region
    • Must speak English and Spanish fluently
    • Must have valid US work authorization
