Louis Vuitton has a rare and exciting opportunity for a HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join the passionate HR team in their Sydney office! Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this newly created role is responsible for end to end recruitment activities and HR support for Australia and New Zealand employees.
> End to end recruitment for retail and head office employees including preparation of job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and preparing employment offer and contracts
> Induction, onboarding and probation coordination
> HR administration included but not limited to contracts, letters, purchase orders, visa applications, exit process
> Supporting people processes including employee development and learning
> Monitoring of HR inbox and response to employee queries
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
> Bachelor's degree in HR or business
> Minimum 2-3 year experience in recruitment/ HR
> Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, very organised and have strong attention to detail. Proven experience in a HR Coordinator role with a strong recruitment focus is a must, particularly within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
You must also have a good sense of humour, be confident, a strong team player and be able to think outside the square.
