A unique and pivotal role is currently available at Louis Vuitton for a highly experienced and solutions orientated HR & Talent Business Partner (HRBP) for a 12-month Maternity Cover.

As an HRBP, you will support the HR Director to achieve the team's strategic objectives and take the lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities, including running and developing the HR function. You will also be responsible for the direct management of the HR Advisor and coaching the rest of the team.

The HRBP acts an advisor to the store teams to ensure that managers are suitably coached on HR issues. This role supports the full 360 degree HR function - including developing HR policy and processes, development activities, talent acquisition, organisational design, and employee relations. You will partner with senior leadership to manage organisational change to ensure the business is operating at its most effective.

You will act as a "Change Agent" to support cultural changes across the business; driving a culture of empowerment, feed-back, development, simplification, digitalization.


Professional experience & know how:
>  At least 5+ years working at an HR Manager level and experience of complete ownership of a client group
>  Good up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation. Irish and South African a plus.
>  International and innovative mindset
>  Full breadth of HR knowledge
>  Experience of working under pressure in fast moving industry
>  Good understanding of Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel

Additional information

This position is for a 12-month Maternity Cover, however, depending on performance, it could lead to a permanent opportunity with Louis Vuitton or within the wider LVMH Group in London or internationally.
