The resource will be included in the Company HR Organization & Talent Management Department, he/she will support the Training & Development Team in organizing the training plans and in managing the development processes for the Loro Piana employees.

In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:


  • Support in planning and managing the learning offer in the digital learning platform including the organization of classroom, preparation of the material, participants' convocation, presences collection, feedback after the training activities and follow-up
  • Support in monitoring KPI dashboard and reporting the training activities in SAP
  • Support in analyzing training requests and scouting from the market the better solutions


  • Support in managing Performance Management and Talent Review processes preparing training materials and ad hoc reporting
  • Participation in the organization of the induction plan for the new employees
  • Support the team in managing Individual Development Plan



  • Support the team in monitoring the training budget and in managing the monthly expenses reports in SAP


  • Master Degree in Economics or Humanities
  • Analysis and synthesis ability
  • Problem Solving, precision, ability to organize and planning, attention to details
  • Team working attitude and flexibility
  • Fluent English and Italian (both written and spoken)
  • IT abilities (use of PC, in particular Excel and Power Point)
