THE UNIQUE AND PIVOTAL ROLE OF HR BUSINESS PARTNER IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AT CELINE FOR A HIGHLY EXPERIENCED AND SOLUTIONS ORIENTATED HR BUSINESS PARTNER. THE ROLE IS BASED AT HEAD OFFICE IN PARIS REPORTING TO THE HR DIRECTOR FOR EME.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • THIS ROLE WILL HAVE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ATTRACTING, RECRUITING AND RETAINING TOP CALIBRE TALENT FOR THE FRANCE & MONACO, CENTRAL EUROPE AND MIDDLE EAST BUSINESS, INCLUDING RETAIL AND HEAD OFFICE ROLES.
  • YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK CLOSELY WITH THE OTHER HR BUSINESS PARTNERS ON TALENT ACQUISITION STRATEGIES AND THEIR DEPLOYMENT.
  • THE HR BUSINESS PARTNER MUST PROVIDE A PROFESSIONAL END TO END RECRUITMENT SERVICE FOR THE BUSINESS ENSURING CELINE RECRUITS TALENTED AND HIGH PERFORMING PROFESSIONALS IN THE MOST CANDIDATE CENTRIC, INNOVATIVE AND TIMELY WAY.
  • BY DEVELOPING INNOVATIVE AND ENGAGING TALENT ATTRACTION STRATEGIES YOUR TEAM WILL DIRECTLY RECRUIT THROUGH THE UTILISATION OF ALL AVAILABLE TOOLS E.G. SOCIAL MEDIA, OUR WEBSITE, INDUSTRY BODIES AND UNIVERSITY PARTNERSHIPS
  • THUS, ENSURING THAT ALL OPEN ROLES ARE SUCCESSFULLY FILLED EFFICIENTLY AND WITH THE MOST APPROPRIATE PROFILES WHILST WORKING IN CLOSE PARTNERSHIP WITH OUR STORE MANAGEMENT TEAM.
  • YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE CLOSE MONITORING OF FTE (FULL TIME EQUIVALENT), SUPPORT WITH ALL SUCCESSION AND MOBILITY PLANS WHILE ALSO MANAGING THE YEARLY APPRAISAL PROCESS.
  • IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE HR DIRECTOR YOU WILL DEVELOP AND MANAGE DEVELOPMENT MODULES FOR YOUR STORES AND MANAGEMENT POPULATION WHILST SUPPORTING WITH ALL INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR YOUR BUSINESSES.
  • YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO PARTNER WITH OTHER HR PARTNERS IN DEPLOYING PROACTIVE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIES THROUGHOUT THE BUSINESS, AS PART OF THE MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT AND IN LINE WITH THE BUSINESS NEEDS.

PROFILE

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • SOLID RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY GAINED FROM WITHIN CONSULTANCY AND/OR IN-HOUSE CAPACITY, AND/OR HR GENERALIST BACKGROUND.
  • HR GENERALIST EXPERIENCE IN EMPLOYEE RELATIONS.
  • DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE OF DEVELOPING BESPOKE RECRUITMENT STRATEGIES FOR A WIDE SPECTRUM OF ROLES.
  • AN ACUTE ATTENTION TO DETAIL, ABILITY TO BUILD SOLID WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH BOTH INTERNAL & EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
  • YOU WILL HAVE EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL, COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.
  • PREVIOUS PEOPLE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS ADVANTAGEOUS, ALONG WITH THE ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST PACED AND EVOLVING WORK ENVIRONMENT.
  • IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN MANAGING HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGNS, SUCCESSION PLANS, EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SUPPORT, EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES.
  • HIGHLY DEVELOPED ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
