Human Resources Executive Assistant

Reports to

SVP Human Resources and Head of Global Executive Recruitment


This role provides key administrative and organizational support to regional head of HR for LVMH North America.  The role will be a key partner to the SVP, HR overseeing complex and intense calendar management & scheduling, international travel coordination, meeting preparation including helping with power point presentations, expense management and from time to time support on broader HR events and meetings. 

Technical Characteristics

  • Genuine interest in the field of HR; partner with SVP, HR on key HR strategic project deliverables
  • Proficient in all Microsoft suite of software including PowerPoint (very important) and Excel
  • Experience managing intense and often changing calendar, meetings in multiple time zones etc.
  • Experience with meeting set up and breakdown including working with technical requirements to ensure smooth preparation
  • Timely processing of expenses
  • Highly organized; able to create organizational systems both online and physical files
  • Help maintain talent database and ensure SVP, HR prepared for meetings and interviews

  • Needs to work quickly with a sense of urgency with little oversight or direction
  • High attention to detail and eye for excellence
