Position
Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, the Human Resources Intern will directly assist the Human Resources Business Partner with a wide range of tasks and projects related to HR administration, onboarding, recruitment, team wellbeing and other.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR ADMINISTRATION & COORDINATION:
- Support with HR Administrative tasks and projects
- Support in preparation of necessary presentations
- Input and update data on people portal (LVMHTalent)
- Support with all HR internal communications
- Support with completion of monthly, quarterly, yearly reports
ONBOARDING
- Prepare all the needed materials and induction agenda for new joiner onboarding
- Ensure clear coordination with IT, Chalhoub HR services team and brand team for smooth welcome
SOURCING & RECRUITMENT
- Post new opportunities on relevant portals and support with shortlisting candidates
- Pre-screening of candidates
- Ensure efficient and professional coordination and feedback communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
WELLNESS & WELLBEING PROJECT
- Support with the wellness & wellbeing initiative for LVMH P&C
- Research and collect data for potential wellness & wellbeing initiatives/activities
- Track and report progress, deadlines, and priorities
RETAIL TEAM SPECIFIC
- Lead, with the HRBP, and in close coordination with the Commercial and Education Local and Regional team, the Retail team evaluation project;' Having the right people in the right place'
- Be the first HR point of contact for the Retail Team under Joint Ventures
- Support the HRBP with PCR and ICR process, in coordination with Commercial and Education Local and Regional team
- Lead, with the HRBP, all HR communication to the Retail population
- Support with completion of monthly, quarterly, yearly reports for the Retail population
Profile
- BA Degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English; Arabic a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Curious, Creative, Flexible and Agile
- Detail oriented (strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint)
- People Oriented, outgoing and able to deal with different types of people
