This position is based in Singapore and will work with the SEA Markets HR Director to develop strategic HR initiatives for the MH Asia Oceania Regional Office in support of the Asia Oceania business strategy and MH Culture. He/she will be responsible for the delivery of these initiatives and the day-to-day business partnering activities, in close collaboration with the HR Shared Services function. This position will also provide on-ground support to the Moet Hennessy Diageo Singapore (MHDS) HRBP to support local market HR activities. We see this position as an exciting incubator to develop our HR talent and are looking for someone who is interested in mobility to other markets as a next move.

>  Engage MHAO Regional Office (RO) stakeholders on succession planning and talent assessment calibration, and subsequent people development initiatives for regional-reporting functions; provide on-ground support for people development initiatives for employees in global-reporting functions

>  Employee Engagement - Keep close to the employee pulse and feedback and translate those insights into employee engagement initiatives. Provide support and advice for employee enquiries

>  Develop and/or update employee policies, communications plans and practices

>  Lead the recruitment of diverse and quality candidates for Manager-level employees and below, including working with line managers to define hiring requirements according to business needs, refining job descriptions and sourcing internal and external candidates for interview, and package and offer benchmarking, development and acceptance; logistics support for recruitment of MHDS new joiners

>  Lead on the onboarding of new joiners for MHAO RO and support the physical onboarding for MHDS new joiners

>  Drive the communications and completion of regular key employee campaigns, including the Performance and Career Review and the Mid-Year Review. Manage the annual salary and compensation review process

>  Oversee employee mobility and expatriate management, with the support of HR Shared Services

>  Develop, manage and track budget for the MHAO RO regional-reporting functions

>  Lead on regular LVMH/MH HR reporting, including the annual LVMH Social report and monthly headcount reports

 


Profile

>  8 - 10 years of solid HRBP / generalist experience
>  Excellent understanding of Singapore employment law
>  Good stakeholder management / engagement skills required
>  Versed in navigating and working in a matrix, ambiguous environment
>  Business partnering mindset required
>  Possess good project management skills
>  Pro-active, curious, continuous improvement and team-player mindset
>  Task-oriented and able to take the time to ask the right questions and identify the right problems to solve
>  Good communication skills
>  Fluent in English. Proficiency in a language of an Asia Oceania market will be an advantage
>  Interested in future mobility to other markets, once maturity and performance in the current job is proven
