The HR Manager will support the head of HR in key functions such as employee relations, recruitment, and the continued development of internal HR processes. Additionally, this role will support the execution of HR strategy in synch with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with employees at all levels to include the extended HR community and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Supports talent strategy, participates in selection of key positions
  • Conducts recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt positions
  • Completes new leader assimilations, supports onboarding, leads talent review process
  • Coaches people managers to develop stronger leaders and bolster their talent management and HR competencies
  • Ensures leaders consistently apply performance management philosophy and practices aligned to business and people strategies
  • Successfully manages complex performance issues
  • Skillfully manages resolution of employee issues including escalation of sensitive or urgent employee relations matters
  • Stays informed of current trends, laws, and policies
  • Monitors external and internal trends, spots issues and provides analysis and recommendations.
  • Leads efforts in monitoring employee satisfaction, takes an active role in driving culture and addressing issues
  • Conduct exit interviews and uses the feedback to improve the Employee experience
  • Leads and/or supports HR projects or represents HR on Cross-functional initiatives
  • Other responsibilities assigned based on business requirements
  • Coordinates Hiring events for Retail and Store openings


  • A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in Human Resources preferably within a Generalist or HR Business Partner role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of US employment practices, legal and compliance guidelines
  • Experience supporting creative functions required
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Experience with performance management, talent management, and change management
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to diagnose problems in addition to identifying and driving appropriate solutions
  • Ability to relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge convention
