Bulgari Spa is currently offering an opportunity within the Infrastructure & Communications Technology Department.
Design, evolve and manage the software and technological infrastructures in 360 degrees, supporting data-center, network, user IT workplace, communications and collaboration services, guaranteeing exceptional levels of scalability, flexibility and reliability
- Manage and enhances the IT workplace operations and worldwide governance (define use cases, trainings, follow-up)
- Manage and enhances the software and hardware infrastructures supporting Bulgari Communication, Collaboration and Messaging services, guaranteeing their reliability and flexibility.
- Fully coordinate and/or take in charge the design and deployment of the technological infrastructure which new IT services are running on.
- Drive and coordinate improvements and pure technological projects, designing and implementing the solution eventually in collaboration with external suppliers.
- Guarantee the respect of projects / service quality and economics, proposing to the manager eventual actions.
- Support the manager to fully understand and optimize the Total Cost of Ownership of systems architectures and solutions.
- Design and evolve the monitoring and maintenance plan (Operations Manual) being responsible for the Operations hand-over.
- Act as a second/third level support in case of escalations.
- Coordinates external resources reporting to the manager the achieved service level and proposes eventual modifications / replacements.
Informazioni aggiuntive per i candidati
- Degree in Computer Engineering or other related disciplines is required
- Prior experience of five years in similar positions, carried out in structured contexts
- Knowledge of main hardware infrastructures, operating systems and networking technologies (LAN/WAN/Security).
- Knowledge of Communication and Collaboration Tools on both on-premises and on-cloud instances.
