Profile

Job Description

  • Follow Boutique's priorities, define monthly coaching actions and conduct regular field coaching and in-store training
  • Identify the strength, weakness and training needs of each staff
  • Spend most of the time on the floor and act as a role model on the selling and other service techniques
  • Support the staff with consistent qualitative feedback & evaluation for the performance improvement
  • Implement the trainings delivered by local Training Team and ensure they fit for the specific needs of each Boutique and in line with training objectives
  • Monitor the training results and develop action plans tailor made to individual staff
  • Support In-store Client Development Manager to provide necessary client development trainings for achieving the target result of Boutique events
  • Ensure the proper implementation of New Joiner Integration Program and follow up with the selected mentors and buddies on the progress
  • Manage the training calendar and update training reports regularly

Requirements

  •         Diploma or above in any disciplines
  •         Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail with good track record
  •         Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  •         Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  •         Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  •         Detail-mined and well-organized
  •         Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
