Mission Statement

The VM operates in-store with the responsibility to apply the Corporate VM guidelines, technics, implement VM strategy and procedures to ensure a high level of product display and the store perfect image at all time.

Main Responsibilities

- Institutional Windows set-up and in-store VM change and installation

- Execution of Corporate VM marketing strategy and directives

- Communicate with Store Manager, Regional VM, Store Planning to work on VM rotation and store layout suggestion in order to maximise the sales

- Pay attention to all VM details and ensure the perfect product display at all time in every part of the store

- Produce Windows and VM photo report (including SKU) on bi-monthly basis

- Align periodically VM and sales performance

- Ensure the best sellers are always on display

- Check props status and communicate any damage to Store Manager / VM team

- Maintain props stock and notify the team about new props arrival

- Share VM guidelines with Client Advisors

- Attend seasonal VM training and cooperate with VM team during the session if needed

- Train team members and/or in-store VM Ambassadors as appropriate

- Spend part of the working time (10% to 20%) selling on the floor

- Actively participate into regional projects such as, but not limited to, Pop-Up, store opening, etc.

You may also be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity, which the Company may reasonably require.


- Bachelor's degree in retail, luxury retail, fashion, VM or similar field;

- At least 5 year of experience in a VM role;

- Experienced in Retail and luxury retail industry;

- Very strong IT skills (Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational skills

- Self-starter with a can do approach

- Highly proactive, anticipative, responsive and reactive

- Strong analytical skills

- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

- Creative problem solving ability

- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
