The Indirect Ecommerce - Project Manager will support the Distribution expert in his mission to accelerate the performance and professionalization of indirect ecommerce for the LVMH group, by implementing the Business Solutions created by the team in the Maisons to maximize success and adoption.



The Project manager should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. He/She should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. He/She also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

Background :

Bachelor's degree in management, business or a related field, as well as professional certification of project management

Proven working experience as a project administrator in the Luxury or digital sector

5+ years of professional experience

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Markets: US, EU, Asia



Travel: 15% of the time



  • Solid business intelligence solutions background, with understanding or hands-on experience in digital and commercial KPIs
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
