Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and secretarial support to the IP Director including communications, scheduling, organizing travel arrangement & management reports, expenses and claims
  • Process monthly invoices from service providers in Asia Pacific
  • Data entry from raid reports and prepare monthly activity reports to Paris
  • Collect internal information and materials for supporting documents in civil and/or criminal cases
  • Develop and maintain an efficient and effective filing system
  • Manage the content of the department intranet
  • Co-ordinate music licensing for the stores in the zone
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects


Key Requirements & Competencies

  • More than 1 year's experience in serving senior executives in multi-national companies
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Pleasant, mature, outgoing and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional planning, organization and coordination skills
  • Detail conscious, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • University graduate preferred
  • Hands-on experience in Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Work experience in legal/IP firm is a plus
