MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist on Sales function
- Order taking and shipment follow up
- Sales forecast - APO
- Sales data collection and record keeping
2. Assist on Marketing function
- Coordination between trade marketing and customer for Permanent Merchandising and HPP projects in HK
3. Assist on Reports
- BE report
- D1 reports
- Pricing reports
4. Assist on A&P and FTT
- Invoice collection , tracking and record
5. Assist on Admin function
- Support on internal and external training
Profile
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Undergraduates with commercial, accounting and retail experience is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- A team player and is ready to take on challenges
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
