Position

Louis Vuitton is searching for a temporary Internal Communications Seasonal based out of our New York City Office, to support with the implementation and annual development of the LVA comprehensive communications plans, including but not limited to planning, contributing and managing content for our zone-wide (Americas) digital workplace, emails, internal social media and executive messaging.  They will also assist with the planning, contributing and editing company videos including but not limited to Top Seller videos, President Videos and Town Hall Videos as well as be responsible for updating the company directory and assist with the announcements of new hires to the organization.

In conjunction with the team, you will help to map out digital workplace content for the zone and serve as the "digital workplace webmaster" by tracking content and working with each department's contributor to plan weekly content postings and updates.  Additionally, you will assist with employee engagement program execution by conceptualizing, planning, internal marketing and execution for projects and events such as the annual Town Hall and Sales Meeting.


Profile

We are eager to speak to individuals with at least one year of experience in Communications, such as Internal Communications, PR, or Journalism.  The ideal candidate has advanced expertise in Microsoft Office and Photoshop as well as outstanding communication and presentation skills.  Experience in Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Yammer, SharePoint, and video editing programs are a plus.  You will be highly driven, organized, proactive, and detail oriented with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines and communicate effectively.
