The Internal Control will support the New York and East Brunswick back office and the Finance department with internal audit and administrative tasks for both the entire network and regional projects.



  • Help strengthen the level of internal control within the organization by implementing an audit system for our retail stores network and a formalized follow-up of identified internal control weaknesses
  • Perform retail boutique audit and participate in annual stock takes
  • Review and reassess the audit questionnaire yearly
  • Work with Loss Prevention and Human Resources to follow-up on identified fraud issues and implement remediation actions at store level
  • Define and review procedures
  • Ensure the respect of the policies and internal control plans
  • Define and maintain the locations (physically and online) where all validated and signed procedures are stored and easily accessible for any appropriate parties
  • Assist in any Head Office internal audit, as well as external audit, reviews and follow-ups
  • Responsible for reviewing the key internal controls of the Christian Dior Couture organization in North America based on the framework defined by the Maison
  • Support the legal team on insurance related issues (Integration within LVMH policies, follow-up of claims, assets inventory etc.)
  • Participate in any projects related to Internal controls.
  • Liaise with Corporate Offices Internal Controllers, as well as with other North America Internal Controllers to work collaboratively and implement synergies


  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • English language skills business level
  • 3 years or more of relevant experience is required
  • Orientation to details and ability to deal with large amount of data
  • Ability to write internal policies, procedures, process evaluation and documentation
  • Ability to work in a time sensitive and fast paced business
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex work environment
  • Entrepreneurial drive, ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and show professionalism with sensitive information
  • Strong communication skills, ability to deliver information in a concise manner
