As travelling is part of the Louis Vuitton DNA, it is very important to give our worldwide clients the best care service experience to permit them to have the smoothest travel. What would our journeys be without a watch or any connected objects?

Louis Vuitton's Watch Care Services Team is based in our watch manufacture La Fabrique du Temps in Meyrin (GE) and is responsible of all the After Sales Services in the world for the watches and Internet Of Things (IOT) products. By joining the team, you will quickly be involved in this fascinating global environment, which will give you the opportunity to have an in-depth insight of all the interactions between the suppliers, repair centres, headquarters, and the stores based in the different areas.

Your main mission will be to create a universal language for the guidelines of repairs that will be used from all the Louis Vuitton Retail Teams of the world. To carry out this goal, you will have to facilitate the use of the actual guidelines for our watches as well as creating new guidelines for our IOT products. Your will have to develop and improve these master-books and will directly have the lead on their communication and implementation.

Added to this you will be part, in close collaboration with the whole team as well as other departments, of brand new and challenging projects. As example you will be a strong partner for the project of extended guarantee for all types of watches and will have to realize a consequent market study of competitive brands. In addition, you will also take part of projects regarding new Care Services Centres in collaboration with other Maisons of the LVMH Group.

Beside those responsibilities, you will also participate to the monthly briefing with all the Managers of Care Services of the different areas where Louis Vuitton is located.


Profile

To be successful in the position we are looking for someone with experience (including internships) and background in Supply chain or in Marketing & Communication. Flexibility, autonomy, diligence, proactivity and creativity are your strengths and will permit you to completely achieve your missions. Interpersonal skills are very important and necessary. You feel comfortable with all the Microsoft Office package, especially with Excel. A knowledge of watchmaking's language/notions will be an asset.

You are fluent in French and English (writing, speaking and reading) and can easily juggle between those 2 languages. Another language is an asset.

Finally, you can start as soon as possible.
