Position' Purpose

The Intern will support the Europe & Middle East Human Resources team on the recruitment processes and administrative activities, always ensuring the compliancy with FENDI values and guidelines.

Main Resposibilities

  • Provide support to recruit the best talents, both in retail and staff functions, through direct search, job posting and cooperation with recruitment agencies
  • Ensure that the HR database is up to date and accurate
  • Support in collecting new employees' files
  • Provide support to other interns for a successful induction and a fruitful professional experience


  • Bachelor's degree in humanistic subjects and/or specialization in Human Resources
  • Fluent in English and Italian, other languages would be a plus
  • Good knowledge of the MSOffice suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A short previous experience is preferred
