Position
Support
- To resolve support tickets related to Business applications within defined SLA
- To provide L2 and L3 support for BO local and global Applications inquiries
- To analyse and provide solutions and escalations on a timely manner of business blocker tickets/requests
- To support business teams for BO Applications fixes, improvements and deployments
- To identify opportunities of improvements through tickets incidents and act on fixing root-causes
- To build standard support processes and ensure adoption by users
- To feed the IS&T knowledge base of the IS&T team by building and maintaining application map, specification, retro documentation, ...
Back Office Application Management
- In charge of daily activities of the Business Solutions department (projects, continuous improvements and daily support)
- To communicate effectively on projects and initiatives status with all parties involved/impacted
- To report to management about operations/projects status he/she oversees
- To ensure LVMH standards are applied and followed in FG Maisons
- To maintain and enrich ITSM tools
Solutions owner and enabler
- To be a "Super-User" and be L3 support for local business solutions et more specifically HQ business teams
- To be a support on projects lead by the BO IS&T Manager
- To oversee the design, architecture and configuration of the business applications
- To support the users on the business configurations, processes and day to day operations
- To identify improvements opportunities in systems and processes
- To specify systems requirements (business & technical) to identify feasibility and risks, considering time/budget constraints
- To drive new solutions' launch through scoping, developments, testing, deployment, communication and monitoring
Procurement and Budgeting
- To monitor the budgets of his/her/them projects
- To help to build BO IS&T budget and work with BO IS&T Manager for reforecast
Profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience and relevant qualifications in IS&T Finance area
- Worked with D365 F&O in previous experience(s) - IT or Business side
- Proven management and organizational skills
- Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
- In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
- A flexible, intuitive and proactive approach, capable of dealing with ambiguity
Technical Experience and Systems
- Business software: D365 F&O, WMS, POS CEGID Y2, JDE, SAP, ServiceNow, Atlassian Suite, Adyen, Avalara, Medius
- Collaboration: Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, TeamViewer, ITSM
- Private Cloud: IaaS, PaaS / Public Cloud providers: Azure
- Other: SQL, Data Visualization
