Position

The IT Applications Analyst will be part of the IT team and will work closely with the IT Management and the key Business stakeholders to support and develop the business processes and systems. The focus will be mainly to the implement, develop, support and optimize the business applications, software solutions and processes in each specific domains, delivering new (or improvements to) solutions that will suit the ever changing needs of the business. The Applications Analyst will act as an "expert" systems resource; he/she is responsible for each phase of the analysis, evaluation, development, maintenance and governance of each company applications. He/she will manage the planning and coordinate the Time-line for the development of the applications, according to business needs, in line with the budget assigned. He/she evaluates and drive regular checks of the solutions performance and procedures, being also responsible for writing manuals for users to describe operating procedures. He/she challenges legacy processes and provide actionable recommendations for improvements, keeping a constant relations with business key stakeholders (i.e. Retail, Sales, CRM, Finance, etc...) He/she provides business process guidance, solution architecture and on-going operational support, with the support of the IT management and eventually by external parties. He/she may act as a Project Manager for ad hoc initiatives, being also a referent for LVMH Group internal processes.

Profile

University degree / Master diploma 4+ years of working experience in an IT department, possibly in structured and international context Experience with Cegid Y2, Microsoft SQL, Crystal Report, Qlikview, STEALTH 400, PRO-J, AS400. Project management skills Good Team player, excellent communication skills Ability to manage complexity, multiple projects Solutions and result oriented Experience in retail and/or supply chain processes in Fashion Availability to travel Good English and Italian knowledge verbal and written (French is a plus)
