Position
ABOUT FASHION GROUP:
This position is based in New York. The Fashion Group provides support functions to 5 brands present in the US - Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Kenzo and Emilio Pucci. These 5 brands represent approx. 450 employees, 50 retail location, as well as an important volume of wholesales and a growing Ecom business.
IT Management:
- To locally coordinate global or local IT initiatives: N&T Coremodel deployments, Infrastructures deployments, store projects and IT projects.
- To be involved on transverse US Zone projects and initiatives (LVMH collaboration included)
- To participate to Corporate IT Support projects
- To maintain and enrich ITSM tools
- To propose, define and manage plans to regularly update/upgrade hardware, infrastructures, Security
- To supervise local IT external 3rd partners
- To verify that MAISONS central IT standards are successfully applied and followed
- To verify correct management of security policies & privacy law enforcement
- To be the IT Leader on any Business initiatives by suggesting IT add values
- To identify any security risk or opportunities of security enforcement and apply remediation plan accordingly
Support
- To oversee daily activities of the of US head office, stores, Client Service on IT support and infrastructures (physical servers, cloud servers, wireless equipment availability...)
- To ensure a reliable on/off-boarding process for all users of Fashion Group USA
- To give a level 2/3 of support and be an "advanced user". Be the link between Central IT support organization and US users. Provide 2nd/3rd level troubleshooting in case of incidents.
- To address productions issues in a timely and efficient manner: perform the necessary investigation and analysis to solve the issue. Be the incident and problem manager of the US zone.
- In charge and accountable of US Service Desk for the IT topics
- To Manage and coordinate local on-site support teams and operations as needed, including store openings, relocations, closures and special IT projects.
- To support the US IS business owners (Back Office & Front Office Solutions Managers) in applications deployment and fix
- To be the main expert/point of contact for IT related questions in term of infrastructure and network architecture, standards and usage for FG US
- To regularly audit/visit stores and storage locations to verify installed physical hardware & software and keep an updated IT inventory
- To bring standardization of processes and IT solutions within all the Maisons of Fashion group and with LVMH when possible
- To do a regular IT reporting to MAISONS Corporate IS&T based on support KPIs, suggestions and improvement plans.
Team management
- To hire, train and manage consultant and/or direct report on IT systems, operations and supports tasks
- To ensure accountability of the IT department for operations and projects
- To lead, mentor and support growth of the IT department members (consultants and/or direct reports)
Budgeting
- To work on IT budget construction and IT budget updates in collaboration with the IS&T Director
- To monitor expenses and to propose actions to keep them in line with the IT budget
Purchasing
- To authorize and monitor IT purchases, according to validated budget
Profile
Qualifications
- Strong and effective interpersonal communication skills essential
- Experience and relevant qualifications in IT area
- Leadership and autonomy with good reporting skills
- Focused on objectives and mid-long term results
- Able to work in a fast-paced demanding environment
- A flexible, intuitive and proactive approach, capable of dealing with ambiguity

- Business software: Based on Third Web Architecture, LoadBalancing, Application Performance Mgt (eCommerce architectures, CRM Mobile applications, CEGID POS,...)
- Collaboration: Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, TeamViewer, ITSM
- Private Cloud: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS / Public Cloud providers: Azure, Google Cloud
- CyberSecurity and US conformity : detection (Siem, Cyber SOC remediation), prevention (firewalls, proxy, mfa, hardening, operational best practices), audit (PCI, penetration testing, vulnerabilities scanning), remediations, DRP Executions
- TCP/IP networking with Cisco/Meraki technologies (WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN)

- To manage contracts and relationships with external suppliers (for IT area)
- To verify and update Service Level Agreements (SLA) within 3rd parties managed
- To coordinate usage of external suppliers (for IT area)
Special Projects
- To work on specific projects to be defined by MAISONS IS&T team upon the country(s) of competency
- Deploy Infrastructure Coremodels (N&T, Mobility, Security...) in order to support Omnichannel strategy
- Build reliable and standard support processes across the US Zone
