Internship to start as soon as possible.
As part of the IS&T Department, within the Infrastructure & Technologies service, reporting to the "IT Security & Production Manager" the "IT Support Assistant" will have the following main responsibilities:
> Analyse and resolve computer hardware, software and network issues, repairs user workstations, modifies configurations, replaces faulty components and rebuilds complete systems on a variety of platforms.
> Daily administration, trouble shooting and reporting of all Retail & Corporate applications, as well as their related network infrastructure components like data, wireless and security.
> Ensure that incidents and requests are handled according to procedures and SLAs agreed with Givenchy HQ and ensure that documentation of the supported components is available and maintained
> Work with local support vendors to support the implementation of IT solutions, Organize corrective and scalable maintenance of Retail IT infrastructures and networks for all stores in the Region
> Prioritize and escalate when necessary issues to assure timely problem resolution. Carry out fact-finding and analysis of problems; determine most effective problem resolution procedures.Suggest, test, implement, and evaluate solutions.
> Participate in the definition, documentation and completion of medium-scale projects identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project. Ensure that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and provide regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.
Studying in an IT School or University, you have done a first internship in the Infrastructure & Technologies area.
You have ideally already experienced IT Support and the processes associated with it, in a fast-paced environment.
You have a knowledge of computer hardware including destops PCs, laptops and mobile devices (mainly Apple) ; and in installing, using and administering computer operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Mac OS.
You have a high working capacity in a demanding environment.
You speak fluently english and italian. French is a plus.
