Reporting to the Regional IT Director, the IT Technical Manager main objective is to ensure that Fendi's IT infrastructure and Digital workspace are implemented and fully optimized in their usage. He/she manages IT projects, budget, policies and outsourced IT services to reach Regional goals/objectives and review/enhance business processes.

The IT Technical Manager interacts constantly with HQ IS&T for:

  • Updates on local initiatives,
  • Comply with best practices, policies and procedures,
  • Clearly define the business need and assist in develop/deliver new services that will meet local needs.


  • Manage daily operations of the IT department
  • Purchase and maintain IT hardware / software / licenses. Upgrade supervision
  • Invoices compiler
  • America IT ticketing system - owner; Tickets escalation internal and external
  • IT Coordination for Retail Store movements as Opening, Remodel or Close
  • Audit infrastructure / systems on a regular basis and assess their outcomes
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
  • Comply to WW IT governance
  • Design training programs and workshops for staff
  • Manage and report allocated IT budget to ensure cost effectiveness
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction
  • Supports Regional IT Director with necessary information to ensure that technical infrastructure is adequate to meet business objectives
  • Enable to carry initiates from design, proof of concept to deployment and structure support
  • Evaluate existing partnership, contract negotiation, both legally and contractually



  • Minimum 5 years proven technical and management experience
  • Understanding of complex information systems and requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of hardware, networking, and computer services
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience of POS applications, ERP & Reporting tools
  • Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and within budget constraints
  • Excellence in Project Management in multi-entity environment
  • Experience in IS Governance and computer support services
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
  • Well organized and thorough
  • Strong understanding of the Retail industry
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Clear communications with English language proficiency
