Position

In order to strengthen our Perfume Business Unit based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a

Junior Business Analyst

Reporting directly to our Sales and Marketing Director for the Europe & Africa area and in close cooperation with the Business Analyst, you provide a continuous analytical support to the travel Retail, Export, Direct Retail and E-commerce sales channels.

 

Accountabilities

In this role, you are covering different analysis in the fields of business intelligence activities, sell-out analysis, costs and profits managements as well as general support to the Sales team by achieving the following main tasks :

Business Intelligence & Sell-out :

You help tracking global market and competition data on P&C category and per sales channel to evaluate our performance. You participate to the sell-out and ranking monthly reviewing with deep-dives on key doors/retailers and provide actions to be taken.

Cost & Profit Management :

You ensure an accurate monitoring of the P&L of all key countries/accounts and provide solutions of improvements. You analyse the A&P budget of all major business partners as well as key information reported (sales by customer, stock, sell-in, sell-out) with special emphasis on inventory equation. You help measuring the return on investment on CAPEX initiatives and key promotions.

Budget & other activities :

You support the budget and revisions preparations with all stakeholders and take care of various business operational activities as well as ad-hoc case analysis upon request.


Profile

Holder of a university degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent studies, you have at least 1-2 years of experience in finance or business analysis in a multicultural and challenging environment. A previous exposure to sales analysis and reporting is strongly appreciated.

 

Business and customer-oriented, you are comfortable with data crunching and have an acute analytical mindset with strong drive to results. Able to think strategically, you bring a big picture and a global vision. Proactive, you are recognized for your hands-on spirit and ability to set the priorities in a changing environment. You are curious, eager to learn, flexible and capable to provide effective solutions to business problems. Teamwork is important for your and you can build strong trustful relations with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Finally, you have excellent command of SAP, Excel (formulas, data management and pivot table) and PowerPoint and you are fluent in English and French.
