  • Partner with a portfolio of brands. To drive best proactive recruitment across head office and retail recruitment
  • Become a proactive Resourcing expert. Actively driving direct sourcing through the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and your network.
  • Maintain Strong relationships with your stakeholders with regular and informative updates.
  • Challenge the status quo
  • Use your knowledge and recruitment experience to ensure you offer desirable alternatives/solutions to ensure that we find the right person for all positions at all times
  • Awareness of costs and agency fees
  • Ensure candidates are screened and communicated with in inline with set KPi's
  • Ensure you lead by example ensuring D&I guidelines are followed whist recruiting
  • Ensure Recruitment processes are inline with GDPR
  • Proactively source talent across a variety of roles and departments and create talent pools or candidates who would be suitable
  • Ensure we are working in accordance with data protection that all interviews are structured, documented using the LVMH Interview Guide and notes filed
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through setting clear timelines and expectations for recruitment processes in addition to regular updates and swift response times
  • Ensure Recruitment costs are tracked and communicated (CPH), (TTH), source etc and communicated on a monthly basis
  • Ensure Recruitment trackers are kept up to date and completed with relevant details

  • Solid previous experience using LinkedIn as a recruiter platform
  • Understanding of the Retail Industry and, ideally, the Cosmetic Market
