Position

Moët Hennessy Belux wishes to integrate a Key Account Executive (VIE).

 

 

MISSION STATEMENT

 

Based in Brussels, under the responsibility of the Sales Director Off Trade, and in close relationship with other departments as Finance, Supply Chain & Marketing. He/she will play a key role in the off trade team :

  • Managing & coordinating some projects from A to Z
  • Helping on administrative tasks
  • Managing directly customers
  • Developing the channel
  • Analyzing business performance

The Off-Trade Sales Director will coach the Key Account Executive VIE, giving him/her the opportunity to discover the sales branch, the mass retail and the key accounting.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILIIES

 

Manage & develop small customers

  • Customers : Intermarché, RPCG, Mestdagh, Lambrecht, Cora, Match, Delfood and Delitraiteur
  • Tasks : yearly negotiation for direct customers, collaboration, brand image building through promo plan & activations, analysis & follow up of business/activations/KPI, quarterly business reviews, set up & implementation of agreement/account business plan, PNL follow-up including the invoices management, market & competition monitoring, budget management, forecasting, admin ...

 

Support the sales director in the daily management of the national key accounts

  • Customers : Carrefour, Delhaize, Colruyt, Metro, Provera, Intermarché
  • Tasks : administrative missions

 

Monitor e-retail websites

  • Customers : Colruyt, Carrefour, Delhaize
  • Tasks : check & adapt if necessary (presence, picture, title, description ...)

 

Analyze business performance & reporting

  • Monthly reports and analysis to track business performance (using Topaz/Cognos/SAP/salesforce)
  • Track sell-in and sell-out with key Off-Trade customers

Profile

Education

  • Graduated from a Business/Science Master's Degree

 

Languages

  • Fluency in French & English
  • Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
