>  Strong communication & negotiation skills >  Strategic thinking and priority setting >  Strong people management skills, capability to lead an effective team >  Drive for result >  Good data analysis capability >  Be proficient in retail channel, especially in non-department channel >  English skills on both oral & written >  Above 8 years working experience in retail and cosmetic industry
