YOUR IMPACT ___________ 

Your main goal is to develop Dior Image and Dior market share and drive the growth on your assigned Key Accounts in the Scandinavian markets with a focus on Norway.


YOUR MISSION ____________ 

As Key Account Manager, you will be working closely with the Commercial Team and General Manager in the following missions:

  • Drive the performance of your key accounts to ensure that sales, distribution and merchandising opportunities are maximized and the year's sales budget is achieved.

  • Lead the commercial negotiations in your key accounts, key launches, locations, weeks and stocks.

  • Initiate all the necessary campaigns to achieve the agreed objectives negotiated as well as draw up the Dior Trade Plan with Trade Marketing and the Retail Manager.

  • You are responsible for all investments made with our retailers (margin, cooperation, GWP, samples, testers, capex, returns) and follow up of the P&L of the main customers.

  • Prepare and conduct sales cycles, presentations to Sell-out team and Retailers

  • Update and provide on a regular basis Sell in & Sell out & stocks forecast by main customers

  • In charge of reporting on the results, organization and activity of the customers.

  • Follow the activity of Dior's main competitors and market trends working closely with the Nordics Marketing team.

  • On a need-basis, you conduct regional projects with the commercial team such as inventory analysis, store evaluation, legal contract follow-up, etc.


WHO YOU ARE _________ 

  • From 3-5 years' experience in a Key Account role, ideally in the Retail or Luxury market and/or in Scandinavia, Norway in particular
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office package, proficient in Excel
  • Able travel up to 30% of your time
  • International mindset and career ambitions
  • English fluent is mandatory, Scandinavian languages and French are a plus
