The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and driving all aspects of Benefit travel retail channel in China, Hong Kong and Macau.
Retail sales Growth:
Develop of a strong retail culture within the team and deliver a retail sales growth which is ahead of the market. Inspire and set clear action plans for all the retail team in the area and ensure a consistent focus on enhancing productivity per door. Build monthly reporting on sales & market analysis, YTG action plans.
Key Account Management:
Build long term partnership and trust with retailers in all levels (newness, BA, promotion, incentive etc) to gain their support over key competitors.
Deliver net sales, manage expenses, inventory and capex investments, deliver the agreed level of profitability within the area.
Annual Business Plan:
Prepare & submit budget twice a year & follow up. Plan & manage P/L, A&P/sell out expense budget & to control relevant expenditures.
Work in close coordination with Marketing team to implement merchandising programs/planograms by account to ensure a high profile counter image in harmony with corporate merchandising guidelines & recommendations.Review customer orders to ensure key items are well covered.
Ability to think laterally, think strategically and deliver results.
Ability to construct a 3 year and annual account plan, analyze and identify opportunities and issues with the account P&L.
Ability to create, review and interpret financial, market and category information, and translate insights into action plans.

Ability to understand the market and adapt to the changing needs of the customer in changing market conditions. Must be able to build strong relationships with customers to ensure maximum cooperation and effectiveness for the business.
Managing vision and purpose:
Ability to communicate a compelling vision of the brand to customers and vision for the development of their accounts.
- University graduate major in business or marketing.
- Fluent in English, must speak Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Minimum 3 years experiences in retailing
- Experience of TR and or Asia retail market place is a must
