Position
The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for the overall Logistics administrative support: transportation, customs compliance, customer service and store support. Candidate should be resourceful possessing the ability to complete a task without any extra instruction other than that which was given the beginning of the task and be very technologically inclined. Job will have many clerical aspects but will be a fantastic learning opportunity for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities:
> Preparation of manual invoices / packing lists
> Application of import and export orders / sales contracts
> Coordination with different countries
> Adhoc duties such as booking arrangement with freight and warehouse team, local transportation

Key Qualifications:
> Strong communication skills over email / calls
> Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word applications
> Organised and meticulous
> Team player who is able to take initiative and work efficiently under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
> SAP knowledge
