  • Monitor all imports and exports with Central Logistics team in Europe
  • Plan and coordinate store delivery schedule
  • Coordinate customs clearance operation with third parties (including CITES, Fish & Wildlife, HTS classification etc.)
  • Coordinate stock movements for various activities and events including new products launch, trunk shows, markdowns and family sales
  • Supervise key logistics partners: 3PLs in US and Canada, global and local freight forwarders,customs brokers, any other relevant partners
  • Implement internal control policies, standard operating procedures and protocols, especially in relation with reliable stock handling, security and insurance purposes
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Monthly KPI reporting through specific indicators, including on-time delivery, lead-times, inbound/outbound transport costs evolution, warehousing costs evolution and claim report
  • Monthly Financial reports: allocation of ACH debits, transportation invoices to be accrued etc.
  • Benchmark studies against best practices and CIP (continuous improvements plan) implementation.



  • Relevant degree - preferably bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or business/Commerce
  • Solid history of professional training in Logistics and related functions (Operations, planning and scheduling, trade compliance)
  • Understanding of the concepts of Logistics certifications and related renewal processes:
    • Fish and Wild - Certificates/CITES, renewal of license
    • US Dept. of Agriculture - Lacey Act
    • NAFTA
    • CETA
    • CTPAT Security Profile
    • Food and Drug Administration - Drop Ball Tests, Impact Resistance Form, Homegoods
    • Children's Apparel & Toys - (CPSC) requirements for flammability testing
    • HAZMAT - Perfumes
    • ACE database



  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role in a commercial environment, preferably retail or FMCG, likely in luxury goods business
  • Experience of managing 3rd party service providers for warehousing and logistics service
  • Demonstrated experience in improving distribution processes and providing detailed reporting to senior management
  • Ability to identify, construct and implement innovative Supply Chain solutions
  • Computer literacy in using Microsoft Office software (Excel proficiency)
  • Experience inventory management and reporting systems
  • Makes effective use of good organisational and time management skills
  • Capability to analyze and manage large set of data
