Under the supervision of the Head of Operations, the main objective of this position is to provide Logistics and Supply chain management to Nicholas Kirkwood global operations. To lead all activities enabling accurate supply plans, matching client demand needs and expectations with availability, cost and cash efficiency.  Identify performance improvements and efficiency opportunities through clear identification and measurement of KPIs.


  • To oversee the management of x2 3PLs and negotiate on commercials
  • To define performance metrics for measurement, comparison and evaluation of 3PLs and create reports to communicate to key stakeholders
  • To launch the integration of our e-Commerce fulfilment from our central 3PL
  • To improve processes & innovate new ‘added value' services to streamline operational functions and elevate experience to clients
  • To maximise economy by combining shipments and consolidating warehousing/distribution
  • To anticipate, identify and resolve problems that could delay the release or movement of shipments
  • To manage the crossdocking of goods to our US clients
  • To oversee shipments and raise non-conformance issues
  • To ensure compliance with all applicable imports and exports laws and regulations
  • To guarantee adherence with stock management procedures, monitor fulfilment and make periodical inventory checks



  • To constantly and very precisely monitor and manage stock levels across 3 channels; Wholesale, Retail & e-Commerce
  • To implement high level of internal controls regarding the movement of stock, both physically and financially
  • To regularly monitor stock performance and age, to launch accurate forecasts and ensure appropriate production orders are placed to meet demand
  • To ensure that all commercial teams have reliable information on stock to maximise selling potential
  • To support with the recommendation of stock and organisation of sample sales



  • To regularly evaluate the suitability of logistics procedures according to qualitative and quantitative criterial
  • To produce reports on the performance of logistics to measure performance, shipping & fulfilment
  • To take appropriate actions over the impacts of unexpected events on supply and procurement
  • To review and monitor shipments against target delivery timeline and follow up with factory to ensure all shipments are made within the expected timeline and prior to the cancellation date
  • To monitor and reduce non-conformances to ensure chargebacks are at a minimum and to take corrective action
  • To be responsible for the maintenance of EDI clients
  • To develop appropriate and positive relationships with other departments to guarantee efficiency and transparency
  • To manage Customer Service & Logistics Assistant
  • To be responsible for customer service overall performance and report accordingly to defined KPIs


  • Minimum of three years' experience in shipping and logistics
  • Strong analytical approach with excellent co-ordination and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of warehouses systems
  • SAP Business One knowledge preferred
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent at working towards, and delivering against, deadlines and the ability to work well under pressure
  • A proactive player attitude with co-workers and external partners, good communication skills
