Position

LVMH Asia Pacific has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our LVMH House (Learning & Development Centre) as part of the HR APAC team based in Hong Kong. This position will focus on supporting the daily operations and administration of the LVMH House and its activities in Hong Kong. Reporting to Learning & Development Manager, this role will work closely with the Learning & Development Team and stakeholders to ensure programs and events are managed smoothly and to the requirements of the business.

 

LVMH House is an organization dedicated to the development of talents across 75 Maisons in the Group.

Key Responsibilities

 

Hospitality:

  • Ensure a seamless arrival experience for all guests
  • Manage spacing capacity and assist with meeting requirements liaising with an array of stakeholders
  • Manage the front desk and all calls and email enquiries
  • Coordinate set-up of internal HR events, including vendor management, ordering of catering with both internal & external parties
  • Support ad-hoc internal activities in the LVMH House

Operations:

  • Ensure that the LVMH House is fully operational, and processes are running smoothly
  • Ensure maintenance, cleaning and pantry responsibilities are executed effectively
  • Monitor inventory and supplies for the House
  • Manage receipts and operational expense reports

Communications:

  • Prepare promotional / PR materials, posters, Social Media posts etc. for LVMH House
  • Assist with email and print communications on internal programs
  • Ensure all follow-up and communications are responded to professionally and within the timeframe given as per company standards

Profile

  • Experience in hospitality or event logistics & operations is highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Detail minded and possesses strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a can-do attitude
  • Proficiency on Microsoft Office
