Support Events Director with all aspects of organization for Dior`s events and partnerships.



  • Participate in developing strategic special events, in partnership with Paris headquarters, to increase brand awareness and exposure, drive sales, and increase client loyalty including: Product launches, Heritage Events, Press events, Collection Premieres and Previews, Client Events, Ad Value Events
  • Act as direct event liaison for all Regional Directors and Boutique Managers through frequent communication (including updates, timelines and verbal communication) regarding all event activity
  • Identify exciting potential event partners in regional markets
  • Manage all aspects of pre/post event planning and execution for the specified markets
  • Oversee all logistical relationships with preferred event vendors
  • Work directly with Paris partners on event briefs and reporting/recaps
  • Effectively communicate importance of event to corporate and boutique teams while building excitement for the project
  • Ensure maximum sales and luxury client experience by clearly conveying the brand focus, desired results, and event flow
  • Strong communication on event logistics and internal planning with other departments (training, merchandising, VM)

  • 4+ years experience in events, marketing and client development, within a luxury fashion brand is a plus
  • Ability for frequent travel

  • Sufficient in budget management
