The Manager, Global Education, will develop education programs that support fresh's business objectives by creating innovative, engaging, and effective educational content from concept to rollout through active collaboration with internal stakeholders, Market Education teams, and external vendors.  Reporting to the Director, Global Retail Education, the Manager, Global Education, with both a creative and analytical mindset, will deliver content to maximize sales and retail performance while overseeing global training events, design new training tools, and manage the education library.


Global Education Asset Creation

  • Develop education assets for ongoing and seasonal programs. This includes product launch education, in-store consultation tools, how-to's, video scripts, soundbites, and selling tips, etc.
  • Manage all Open-Sell-Channel-related training needs
  • Collaborate with Retail, Global Marketing, and Product Development to align with the brand's strategic objectives and ensure consistency of information
  • Present and facilitate training for Market Education & Sales teams
  • Partner with Markets to ensure their needs are met and acquire feedback on key programs
  • Support the Director, Global Education, in creating additional training programs including expert training, service, selling, and retail coaching

Brand Education

  • Present fresh and share brand stories with internal and external teams
  • Conduct new employee training for HQ employees in partnership with HR

Global Retail Induction Program Development

  • Lead the development of a channel-specific on-boarding education package
  • Update the fresh Induction digital booklet to release annually
  • Renovate the existing in-classroom training assets and update them on a regular basis

Seminar/Event Management

  • Plan and organize seminars and events that include meeting topics, logistics, agendas, and activities
  • Design and source event tools, props, and gratis

Market Communications

  • Manage a highly effective system of communications within the Retail & Education

community. This includes a monthly Global Education touch base, quarterly Newsletter, and social media platforms

Project Management & Budget Tracking

  • Maintain the department's operating budget and manage invoices
  • Deliver all programs and materials on time
  • Forecast product needs for training and event purposes

What you will learn and achieve in the first 6 months:

You will learn the educational structure of each Market/region and become the go-to-person in product education.  You will successfully develop your retail and education network and partner with Markets on a regular basis.

What you will achieve in 12 months:

You will be leading all the open-sell education initiatives at fresh in active collaboration with global partners and be recognized as a fresh expert in brand and product education.



  • Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree a plus
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training & sales
  • Proven skill set of content-writing/copy writing experience for a skincare brand
  • Experience in Open-Sell-Retail (g., Sephora and Ulta) education/sales.
  • Uphold a strong customer-centric mindset to implement a seamless service within omnichannel; related experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Strong knowledge of skin care and ingredient science
  • Agile, passionate, and creative to embrace new ideas and new ways of thinking
  • Autonomous, responsible, organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across the organization
  • A team player with the ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • On-camera experience a plus
  • Travel (Domestic and International) may be required (up to 15%)
