Position

The Manager, Global Marketing, will plan, support and manage the development and implementation of the Global Skincare Marketing strategies including, but not limited to, portfolio management, innovation pipeline, product campaigns and go-to-market strategies.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Marketing, the Manager will be a highly collaborative team player with a strong digital mindset and commercially driven.


Profile

  • Assist with the implementation and development of the company's overall Global Marketing strategies, Campaigns, and the three year plan
  • Act as central liaison in the development of Marketing programs supporting franchise and product launches; collaborating with Internal teams (Campaign, Creative, Product Development, Storytelling, PR, VM) throughout process to ensure strategic needs are being met and appropriate assets are being developed for cross-platform activation
  • Support Creative concept development by sharing thought starters and competitive case studies to inform asset creation and execution
  • Manage day to day needs and internal processes to execute approved plans. This includes overseeing the development of relevant plans, research, legal approval of execution, internal communication to partners and regional teams
  • Support Senior Manager in writing and issuing Project Briefs and other formal internal communications to move projects forward as needed
  • Assist in development and issuance of agendas and feedback for cross-functional team meetings and agenda items
  • Create Design and Text Requests for Marketing programs
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitive, including competitive shopping, for product gaps, research, and opportunity
  • Help maintain Global Launch Bulletins that include all new product launch information
  • Liaise with all Fresh internal teams including Product Development, Operations, Packaging, & Creative on the development of new product launches and activations
  • Attend Creative/Marketing, Packaging, and NPD meetings as needed to work to achieve milestone dates by interacting with key departments
  • Ad hoc job related activities
  • Some travel may be required in the US

Additional information

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study, Marketing preferred
  • 3-4 years' experience, Beauty industry preferred
  • Demonstrated interest in brand strategy, brand marketing and 360 activation/development
  • Digitally savvy (Active in daily life and highly engaged in social beauty spaces)
  • Familiarity with Mintel, NPD and Beaute Research preferred
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, data analysis and numerical reasoning skills
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong strategic thinker, with developed organizational skills
  • Ability to foster team work at all levels of the organization
