Responsible for supporting the Retail Performance team by analyzing the business, managing the sales forecasting process across categories and providing support to the Retail stores.


Retail Analysis
>  Design, run and analyze retail reports for corporate, regionals and boutiques on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. Reports include but not limited to:
o Boutique sales, budget, revisions, bonus goals
o Sales Associate performances
o Monthly touchbases
o Other productivity / KPIS
>  Regularly communicate with store managers to better understand the business and
market landscape. Initiate analysis and other actions to address needs
>  Oversee the quarterly bonus goal by developing goals, overseeing sales, measuring
results by coordinating with regionals, merchants, & HR
>  Prepare regional packets for executive visits which include (sales, competitor sales, etc.)
>  Conduct market analysis, competitor sales, etc.
>  Provide ad hoc analysis as needed
Sales Forecast
>  Manage the monthly store forecasting process, yearly store budgets and revision process
in coordination with merchandising / retail / regionals / central supply chain teams. This to
include timeline, development of templates, gathering data, analysis, etc.)
>  Collaborate with teams to adjust, roll-up and validate sales projections for
>  Maintain forecasting tools to create "what-if" scenarios for future planning
>  Analyze and present category and store budget/revisions to the Retail Performance team
>  Provide ad hoc analysis as needed

>  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
>  Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, organization and follow-up skills
>  Strong attention to details, quickly able to identify and correct discrepancies in excel / data
>  Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effective in a fast paced environment
>  Minimum 5 years professional experience; luxury and/or retail industry preferred
