Position

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The Manager of Sales Development & Operations will be responsible for supporting key retailers and field members in order to execute programs and drive sales and performance. Reporting directly to the Sr Director, Sales Operations & Development, the manager will conduct analysis, align with key partners, collaborate effectively to drive the projects forward and will work on strategic initiatives across regions, markets, channels and functions to drive brand growth. This role involves collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Sales, & Operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting

  • Create Weekly and monthly reports for North America team and fresh Executive Committee
  • Manage the templates across all reporting to ensure correct publication of data
  • Own and update files for consensus projections, compiling sales department views for analysis
  • Analyze and report on upcoming inventory risks to the business across all channels, present inventory related KPIs monthly
  • Report on and plan product discontinuation phase out and make recommendations to manage the financial impact
  • Own and update field alignment files based on territory organization for US and Canada teams, work with LVMH team to upload to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Miscellaneous reporting and data visualization as needed

Quota

  • Daily review and update of allocations and inventory holds with Demand Planner and Sales Development Managers

Data and Reporting Improvement Testing

  • Work with LVMH partners to test data tools, validate data, and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Implement new data tools with the North America team, create and host training sessions, trouble shoot and answer questions
  • Compile feedback from North America teams on data tools and work with LVMH partners to implement or find solutions for reporting needs

Misc Operational Tasks

  • Management of the production of local sets in partnership with Sales, Demand Planning, and Global Operations
  • Work with Global Operations on management of overstock, inventory timing to support retailer initiatives
  • Stock and assortment review for miscellaneous projects, including validating internal needs and programs
  • Reconcile marketing contracts with Accounts Receivable as needed

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree required in a related field such as Business Administration or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales & Operations, Finance or Retail Operations
  • Strong business acumen and financial aptitude
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
