The Manager/Senior Manager FP&A will be reporting the Director of Consolidation and responsible for financial analysis within each Market at fresh. While providing transversal analysis by market on specific financials aspects, the Manager/Senior Manager FP&A will be an integral member of fresh's finance team in managing P&L, CAPEX, budgets and the overall strategy plan per Market. Responsibilities will include both long range planning as well as regular reporting throughout the year based on market performance, in order to influence senior leadership in making critical business decisions.



  • Conduct Actual Group P&L analysis per markets (Comments per market, P&L transversal analysis per market) to influence market controllers in making data driven decisions
  • Organize Budget Excel documents, Strategy Plan Excel Documents and consolidate all Financial Excel Documents and PowerPoints
  • Own fresh's CAPEX workflow
  • Analyze all aspects of CAPEX (investments per market: Actual vs Budget, post mortem analysis on investments, Envelope Controls)
  • Report CAPEX to fresh leadership, LVMH leadership and Key Internal Stakeholders
  • Prepare Flash Sales presentations monthly (1st day of the month)
  • Review monthly financial reports in order to better understand the business, and make recommendations to leadership
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses for Finance and leadership as needed
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators and identify reasons for unexpected variances
  • Prepare various impactful PowerPoint presentations for key financial milestones such as Actuals Closings, Budget and Three-Year Plans
  • Identify and analyze potential Financial Risks
  • Work collaboratively with Global FP&A and Finance Operations team
  • Assist Finance Leadership in making long term plans and decisions based on market reports and findings


  • Five years as a financial auditor, preferably at a large firm
  • At least one to two years in finance in-house preferred
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related fields
  • Strong Financial Knowledge (P&L, Cash Flow, CAPEX, etc.,)
  • Expert Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Experience with SAP
  • Business oriented mindset
  • Understanding of IT/Systems
  • International and/or HQ experience preferred
  • Firm and in-house experience a plus
  • Very strong presentation and communication skills
