The Manager/Sr Manager, Process and Performance, will be responsible for harmonization and publication of Supply Chain KPI's to better monitor forecasting planning and distribution activity with an efficient ERP (AX), Qlik, and Demand Solutions systems. While continuously improving and proposing changes the Manager, Process and Performance, will adapt fresh's Supply Chain teams' key platforms and tools (Forecasting, MRP, ERP, reporting, trackers) to the changing environment.



  • Function as the Business process owner (BPO) for fresh's AX MRP, Qlik systems applications design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization and data integrity.
  • Improve the ERP for continuous better planning in AX.
  • Serve as the internal and external IT point person for Forecasting system
  • Provide technical leadership in projects related to AX and Qlik. Detect and implement continuous improvement projects in supply, forecasting and distribution.
  • Create and documents system's technical designs.
  • Standardize, harmonize and publish KPI and score card to better monitor planning and distribution activity.
  • Develop and review SOPs for AX, Qlik, Forecasting, S&OP and Supply chain daily business reports as needed.
  • Build and standardize reports to facilitate Forecasting, Supply Planning and Distribution teams workload.
  • Responsible for the Supply Chain department reporting migration to Qlik.
  • Act as the contact window for Forecasting, Supply Planning and Distribution teams and for IT for all system improvements. Write general designs. Understand, challenge and improve flows (AX BPO)
  • Provide ongoing support and training to systems users.
  • Define principles, policies and guidelines for data management to support our AX, Qlik, Forecasting tool and monthly S&OP process.
  • Audit data uploads, daily review of systems data integrity, systems stability, Jobs and batching process.
  • Conduct routine Data Integrity related training.


  • At least five years of experience in Supply Chain process improvement or related field
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or Management Information Systems. Master's degree a plus.
  • Two-three years of programming experience preferred
  • Proactive and Predictive mindset, comfortable working under pressure during reactive stages of the business.
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Must demonstrate project-planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of the worldwide supply chain and of flows (logistics, IT, communication).

  • Project management experience required
  • Proficient in MRP/ ERP software. Knowledge of AX a plus.
  • Programming skills (Visual Basic, SQL)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Must be proactive, ability to learn, adeptness to change, ability to teach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Project.
  • APICS, CPIM, CSCP CLTD Certification a plus
