SEASONAL RETAIL SUPPORT - OVERALL MISSION
Louis Vuitton is currently seeking multiple Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) Seasonal Client Advisors/Retail Support to assist its Manchester Selfridges retail store during the peak Holiday season. You will be willing to support the retail teams where necessary and will have the opportunity to be potentially involved in various duties such as hosting, wrapping and packaging and stock support as well as selling and back of house operations.
As part of the seasonal support team at our Louis Vuitton Manchester Selfridges, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
- Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
- Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
- Engage with Clients , leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty
- Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
- Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
- Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
- Follow the company's policies and procedures

The successful candidates must have working availability (including weekends) on a full time basis.
Candidates MUST have complete working availability for at least (1) of the following:
- 14th November 2016 to 25th December 2016
- 21st November 2016 to 25th December 2016
- 5th December to 1st January 2017
